The property features a Renaissance-style Palazzo with a living area of approximately 1,500 square meters, complemented by four additional buildings divided into 22 apartments, each offering two or three bedrooms, accommodating up to 70 guests in total. A project for the second floor includes renderings for a Wellness Center and Spa.

The Palazzo boasts an L-shaped layout, enhanced by a loggia enclosed with three arched windows along the longer walls, creating a picturesque courtyard with a central well.

Dating back to the Renaissance, the structure is depicted in historical maps of the era, including notable examples from the Vatican Gallery of Maps. Today, its elegant halls with stunning cross-vaulted ceilings serve as an ideal venue for events and celebrations, complemented by a charming outdoor space featuring an antique wood oven and an outdoor kitchen.

The restoration of the complex began in 1985, with the primary goal of seamlessly blending the historic character of the buildings with modern conveniences.

In 2008, further upgrades were made, including the installation of a timer for exterior lighting and the replacement of old boilers with high-efficiency models.
