The villa, spanning 1,065 sqm, is distributed across four levels:

• Ground floor: features the main entrance, dining room, kitchen, and service areas.
• First floor: accessed by a wooden staircase, this level includes a dining room with a fireplace, a pool room, a living room with a fireplace, a studio, another living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
