The property dates back to 1749 and is a typical "Walser" house nestled in the historic village of Gressonaro, "Gresmatten," located at an altitude of 1330 meters above sea level, prestigious and sought-after by those looking to live and invest in the Gressoney Valley.

The building, currently functioning as a hotel, is spread over four floors: ground floor, first floor, second floor, and an attic, totaling approximately 1000 square meters, with surrounding land used as a parking lot and outdoor space.
