Located 30 km from the Costa Blanca coastline in Spain, nestled in a mountainous region, we have established a vacation park. Spanning over 70 hectares, the park currently features a 3-story main house with a pool, various outbuildings, and around 6 unique types of accommodations. Despite the challenges of the recent pandemic year, occupancy has been outstanding.

A permit has already been granted for expansion to approximately 30 accommodations.

The current owners have expressed their intention to return to the Netherlands but are committed to ensuring a smooth transition. The transfer can be arranged through mutual agreement, and while some knowledge of Spanish would be beneficial, it is not mandatory. We would prefer to discuss the financial proposal for a partnership in person.
