Fabulous property with 360º views, this is a hotel unit currently consisting of 18 rooms, set on a plot of land with 12,893m², this building has a gross construction area of 2,256m² divided into 3 floors.

Located on top of S. Gens mountain, a small mountain in the middle of the Alentejo plateau, with a privileged view over the city of Serpa as well as the Alentejo plains.

It shares this exceptional location with the Hermitage of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The chapel dedicated to the Saint, patroness of the municipality, was built in the early 16th century on the top of São Gens or Altinho, as the place is also known, about 2 km from Serpa, being on the pilgrims' route and also the wine route area.

As the municipality is deficient in terms of accommodation, especially for the very common wine events in the area, as well as tourists on route in the region, it is certainly an excellent investment.
