The property features six standalone houses. Four are vacation rentals, one serves as a reception and caretaker's home, and one is the owner’s residence. Three of the rentals offer two bedrooms, while the fourth has one bedroom. Both the reception and owner’s houses have one bedroom.

Each house is entirely independent, spaced apart to ensure total peace and privacy. The only shared space is a central pool area.

All rental units are fully equipped with air conditioning, SKY TV, Wi-Fi, hot water, ceiling fans, kitchens, outdoor terraces with hammocks, dining tables, and seating areas, plus dedicated parking spaces.

At the heart of the property is a 3m x 10m pool, a children's pool, a jacuzzi, a whimsical toucan-shaped outdoor shower, a rancho with a barbecue area, and a small library for guest use.

For added security, the entire property is fenced and monitored 24/7 by a surveillance system.
